Clickk was tasked with the ‘mission’ to rebuild and ‘launch’ a brand new online experience for Fighter World.

Taking Off To New Heights

We were tasked with the project to deliver the following outcomes:

  • Enhance Corporate Image: Their existing website was very outdated and did not adequately reflect the excitement and professionalism of their organisation.
  • Improve User Experience: We had to help improve the online booking system to ensure a smooth user journey was made possible for all customers.
  • Increase Sales & Foot Traffic: Driving online sales and attracting more visitors to the physical facility were top priorities.
  • Streamline Internal Processes: Easy content management was a top priority to ensure that the team can easily update aircraft displays, review online orders and update the site.


A few key challenges were resolved throughout the duration of the website rebuild.

The first was the website migration. With years of content acquired, we carefully restructured the sitemap (from a SEO perspective) and migrated all of the content over.

Another was the integration with the website ticket sales and the internal POS system. The POS system did not have any out of the box solutions. Clickk crafted a custom WooCommerce API plugin which sends the data for ticket sales across to the POS system with ease.


With several stakeholders involved in the process, we undertook multiple workshops onsite to capture all aspects of the projects requirements. This involved identifying the target audience needs, suitable UX/UI features, user-flow and sitemap, content management system requirements, and an integration plan for the POS (point of sales software).

The team even visited Fighter World and checked out some of their aircraft displays and the new flight simulator.


The result was a stunning website that was both visually appealing and commercially practical. The user interface features a video background that showcases the Fighter World experience and some of the aircraft on display.

In addition, we incorporated a sticky header making it easy for customers to book tickets and navigate through the pages. The call-to-action boxes make is easy for visitors to find information within three or less clicks.

The POS integration has allowed for seamless ticket sales online. All new online purchases automatically sync to the website.
