Savant Apothecary approached Clickk to build a new website that better addresses UX and shows consistency in branding. The website is the “store experience” for their Australia wide and international customers.

Revitalising Online Presence: A Fresh Look for Savant Apothecary

The partnership between Savant and Clickk resulted in the following digital outcomes:

  • Strategic Workshop: a comprehensive workshop to identify the clients needs, target audience, stylist preferences, and technical requirements.
  • Bespoke Design: we created unique page layouts to cater to the target audiences requirements.
  • Stripe Integration: inventory integration with the POS (Point of Sales Software) to automatically update stock levels.
  • Google & Apple Pay: enabling customers to have a ‘One Click Checkout’ with an integrated Google & Apple Pay system

Kylie approached our team with the vision of creating a new online store for the boutique skin care range. She wanted the website to align to the dark aesthetic on the physical stores. Our designer Jemma created a custom design, utilising imagery from the company photoshoot, capturing the brand unique aesthetic perfectly. Our development team integrated the website with their point of sales software to ensure accuracy of stock on hand listed on the website.

We commenced the project with a strategic workshop which helped us dive deeper into the goals & technical requirements. By identifying the target audience needs, we were able refine suitable design elements to enhance the user experience and visual appeal of the website.

The goal of the design was to replicate the brands instore aesthetic. Our designer Jemma achieved this with the use of dark and neutral tones throughout the website.

To enhance the user experience, we created custom single product pages which used toggles to display more information about the skin care products. This included who the product was suit for, how it feels on the skin, a product description and the ingredients.

To simplifying the inventory management process, we integrated the online store with Stripe to ensure the stock qualities were always up to date. Furthermore, we customise the WooCommerce CMS to cater to our clients needs.
