Relationship services provider Interrelate trusted Clickk to design, develop and deliver their new online telehealth offering online mental health support for Australians. From conception to go-live, Clickk partnered with Dr. Aaron Simpson and the team to deliver a gorgeous WordPress website.

The team described the project as an opportunity for Interrelate to expand and leverage our skills, diversify funding, enhance our brand mission, and deepen our social impact.

After successfully winning the tender, Clickk prepared a holistic discovery session with key stakeholders from Interrelate. In preparation for this session, we explored the following:

• Competitive Analysis: reviewing key competitors and taking notes on how they achieve telehealth outcomes through their platforms
• Customer Journey Mapping: understanding the three main customer personas that will utilise the website – taking into consideration both patients and practitioners
• Design: understanding the corporate styling and design system
• Keywords: understanding the most fruitful keywords to optimise the IRH website
• Considerations: such as integrations with Cliniko and Trustpilot

From enagement to go-live in less than 12 weeks, Clickk was able to bring the vision of IRH to life. The site conveys a sense of approachability, professionalism and empathy for those in tough times. It offers a seamless online booking system, enabling users to filter and book in with the right practitioner to suit their needs.

The site also promotes IRH as a great place to work (if you are a counselor or psychologist).

Clickk also illustrated custom icons, which can be used across other mediums such as print or collateral.
