At Clickk, we design and build WordPress websites for businesses of every size, from new businesses through to established enterprises, government organisations and national brands. We’ve delivered projects for professional services, property, insurance, allied health, hospitality, trades and technology businesses across Australia, and every project starts with understanding your business goals, your audience and the role your website needs to play in your marketing and sales funnel.
A great website does more than look good. We build websites that communicate your value clearly, build trust with visitors and turn traffic into enquiries, bookings and sales. Every site we build starts with solid SEO foundations, so your investment keeps working long after launch.
We’re a specialist website design agency, not a generalist. SEO foundations come standard with every website we build. From there, we offer workflow automation, copywriting and strategy as optional add-ons, with solutions and packages for small businesses just starting their digital journey through to fully custom design and development for established brands.

We build every website on WordPress and nothing else. That focus means the complex builds that challenge generalist agencies are routine for us, because perfecting WordPress websites is the only thing we do, all day, every day. While other agencies grow revenue by adding more and more services, we’ve stuck to one mission: being genuinely great at web.
A website can do far more than drive sales. Done well, it helps you attract better staff, improve operational efficiency through automation and integrations, strengthen your brand positioning and make you more competitive when you’re bidding on larger contracts. We start with the business problem you’re trying to solve, then build the website around solving it.
Our team is constantly upskilling and looking for a better way to do things, from upgrading our server infrastructure to refining our workflows and debriefing after every project to find what we could do better next time. The result is a process that keeps getting sharper, and a website built on today’s best practice rather than what worked five years ago.
We ask the right questions upfront, about your business, your customers and your competitors, before we design a single page. From there, we move through design, build, testing and training, so nothing about how your site gets built is a black box. That means the website we deliver actually does the job, not just looks the part.
Our relationship doesn’t end at launch. With ongoing support, hosting and training, we make sure your website keeps working for your business long after go-live.

Our website packages start from $2,750 + GST for a single page website, with options designed to suit businesses at different stages of their digital journey.
Our Microsite package starts from $4,500 + GST for up to four pages, while our Business Essentials package starts from around $8,000 + GST for a more comprehensive website of around 10 pages. Custom websites start from $13,000 + GST, giving us greater flexibility around design, functionality and content requirements.
For corporate and enterprise websites , projects typically start from around $25,000 + GST . Larger, more technically complex builds involving multiple integrations, custom functionality or significant development can be $50,000+ , depending on the scope and development time required.
Each option can also be tailored with add-ons such as additional pages, copywriting, e-commerce, integrations and custom functionality, so we can shape the project around what your business actually needs.
Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project. A single page website can be completed in as little as 3 weeks, while a Microsite typically takes around 4 weeks. Our Business Essentials websites generally take 4 to 6 weeks, with Custom websites taking around 6 to 8 weeks.
For larger corporate and enterprise websites, timelines are typically 2 to 4 months, depending on the scale of the project, functionality and integrations required.
These time frames can also be influenced by the number of stakeholders involved, how quickly content is supplied, and the time needed for feedback and approvals. At the beginning of every project, we’ll establish a clear timeline and process so everyone knows what to expect.
Yes. WordPress is our platform of choice and we use it for the majority of websites we design and develop. It powers more than 40% of websites worldwide, making it the world’s most widely used website platform.
There’s a reason it’s so popular. WordPress is fast, flexible, scalable and secure when it’s built and maintained properly. It gives us the freedom to create everything from simple business websites through to large, highly customised websites with e-commerce, integrations and complex functionality.
WordPress is also trusted by some of the world’s biggest brands and organisations, with companies such as Disney, Sony Music, TIME and Meta using WordPress across parts of their digital presence.
Most importantly, WordPress doesn’t lock you into a proprietary platform. Your website can evolve as your business grows, whether that means adding new content, functionality, integrations or e-commerce in the future.
For us, WordPress offers the right combination of performance, flexibility, scalability and ease of use, which is why we’ve chosen to specialise in it.
Yes. Every website we build follows Google’s SEO best practices from the start. This includes optimising your site structure, mobile performance, page speed and content hierarchy, as well as configuring meta titles and descriptions, generating and submitting your XML sitemap, and setting up Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Our websites will typically achieve 100/100 for SEO in Google PageSpeed Insights, giving your website strong technical foundations for search engines to understand, crawl and index your content.
Technical SEO is only one part of ranking, though. If you’re looking to compete for highly competitive keywords across Newcastle, Sydney or Australia, you’ll generally need an ongoing SEO strategy. This can include creating quality content and regular articles, building authoritative backlinks and continually improving your website based on search performance.
Absolutely. Every website we build gives you access to the WordPress backend, so you’re not reliant on us whenever you need to make a simple change.
We customise the WordPress backend to make managing your website as straightforward as possible, even if you’ve never used WordPress before. Your team can log in and update text, images and other website content without needing development experience.
We also provide access to our library of video tutorials to help you with common website updates and can provide additional training for teams that need it. And if you’d prefer not to manage the website yourself, our support team can take care of changes for you.
Yes. Website hosting, maintenance and ongoing support are a major part of what we do. We don’t just launch your website and leave you to figure things out on your own.
Our managed hosting environment is built specifically for high performance WordPress websites, using fast cloud infrastructure, SSD storage, caching, CDN technology and current PHP versions to help keep your website fast and reliable. It also includes important security and redundancy measures such as SSL, regular backups and server-level security protections.
For clients on our managed hosting plans, we carry out monthly WordPress maintenance, including updates to WordPress core files, plugins and themes. We also perform visual checks after updates to make sure everything is displaying and functioning as expected.
You’ll also have access to our dedicated website support desk. If you need something changed, added or fixed, you can submit a support ticket directly to our team. Support work is completed on a do-and-charge basis, with most standard requests turned around within 2 to 3 business days. Priority emergency requests have a target response time of around 4 hours.
Yes. We offer several options depending on the age, condition and platform of your existing website.
If you’re happy with your current website but want Clickk to look after it, we can migrate eligible WordPress websites to our managed hosting environment. Before taking over a website, one of our developers will complete a health check to assess how it has been built, the plugins and technology it uses, and the level of ongoing maintenance it may require.
If your website needs a bigger change, we can complete a full website redesign and rebuild. This involves designing and developing a new website from the ground up while migrating relevant content from your existing website and carefully managing the transition to the new site.
For existing Clickk clients, we also offer website reskins. Rather than completely rebuilding the website, one of our designers typically spends around 2 to 3 days refreshing the existing design to make it feel more modern and current. It’s a great option when the website itself is still working well but the design is starting to show its age.
Not quite, and that’s intentional. We’re specialists in websites.
Our in-house team focuses on website strategy, UX, design, development, e-commerce, integrations, hosting, maintenance and ongoing support. Rather than trying to be a jack of all trades, we’ve chosen to specialise in one craft and become very good at it.
That doesn’t mean you’ll need to manage a long list of suppliers yourself. When a website project requires photography, videography, SEO, digital marketing or other specialist services, we can work with and project manage trusted external specialists as part of the wider project. You still have one central point of contact while getting specialists in each discipline.
Absolutely. In fact, we work with a lot of new and small businesses and can help businesses at almost any point in their digital journey.
That might mean helping a new business establish its first professional online presence, working with a small operator that’s outgrown its existing website, or helping an established business take the next step with a more capable website.
With website options ranging from single-page websites and microsites through to Business Essentials and completely custom builds, we can recommend a solution that suits where your business is today without limiting where it can go tomorrow.
Yes. Our team has experience managing, designing and delivering large and technically complex website projects for corporate, government and enterprise organisations.
These projects can involve large volumes of pages and data, custom functionality, e-commerce, API and third-party integrations, complex content structures and migration from existing platforms.
We’re also experienced in projects involving multiple teams, departments and stakeholders with different priorities and requirements. For larger projects, good project management is just as important as good design and development, so we put a clear process around discovery, UX, design, development, content, stakeholder feedback, testing and launch.
Whether it’s a straightforward business website or a large-scale digital platform with multiple integrations and stakeholders, we have the design, development and project management capability to take it from initial planning through to launch and ongoing support.
Elevate your business online with a stunning website design. Full service design, development & ongoing support.
