Launching your website is only the beginning. At Clickk, we provide managed hosting, WordPress maintenance and ongoing website support to keep your website running smoothly long after it goes live. Today, our team manages more than 400 websites for businesses and organisations across Australia.
Our hosting solutions include SSL, daily backups, current PHP versions and regular WordPress maintenance, with additional options available for Australian based hosting, security, monitoring, caching and CDN services. We’ll recommend the right setup based on the size, complexity, traffic and security requirements of your website.
Most importantly, you don’t have to manage the technical side yourself. If there’s an issue with your hosting, WordPress, plugins, backups or DNS, you deal with Clickk and we’ll take care of the rest. And when you need something changed, our dedicated support desk gives you direct access to our team.

You shouldn’t need to understand servers, PHP versions, DNS records or WordPress updates just to keep your website online. We manage the technical side of your website for you, including hosting, backups, updates and dealing with hosting providers when issues arise. If something goes wrong, you contact Clickk and we’ll work out what needs to happen next.
Keeping WordPress up to date is an important part of maintaining a healthy website. Our managed maintenance includes monthly updates to WordPress core files, approved plugins and themes, followed by visual checks to make sure everything is displaying as expected. We also clear website caches after updates and maintain current PHP versions across our hosting environments.
Need to change some content, add a page or fix something that’s not working? Our dedicated website support desk gives you access to our in-house team for everything from simple content changes to troubleshooting and new functionality. Standard requests are typically completed within 2 to 3 business days, with priority support available when something needs attention sooner.
Not every website needs the same hosting environment. A landing page has very different requirements to a busy eCommerce store or complex corporate website. We recommend hosting based on your website’s traffic, functionality, performance, security and data requirements, with options including Australian-based servers, CDN, caching, security monitoring and other performance enhancements when they’re needed.
Hosting directly might look cheaper at first, but the costs of premium plugin licences, maintenance and technical support can quickly add up. With Clickk, your hosting, WordPress maintenance, plugin licensing and access to an experienced web team can all sit in one place. You get one team to call and don’t need to coordinate between developers, hosting companies and plugin providers yourself.
See how we’ve helped businesses solve problems, connect with their audiences and achieve their goals through thoughtful digital solutions.

Our managed hosting includes the essentials needed to keep your website online and properly maintained, including SSL, daily backups, current PHP versions and domain and DNS management. Websites on our managed maintenance service also receive regular updates to WordPress core, approved plugins and themes.
We offer different hosting options depending on the requirements of your website. A small landing page or microsite generally requires fewer resources than an eCommerce website or complex digital platform, so we’ll recommend an appropriate hosting environment rather than putting every client on the same package.
Additional options including CDN, caching, Australian based hosting, security monitoring and uptime monitoring can also be added where required.
We use a range of established managed hosting environments and select the most appropriate option based on the website’s requirements. Australian based hosting is available when required, including for organisations that have specific requirements around where their website data needs to be stored.
We’ll discuss hosting during the project discovery process and consider things like expected traffic, website functionality, performance, security and data requirements before recommending an approach.
If you have specific organisational, contractual or regulatory hosting requirements, let us know and we can determine the most appropriate environment for your website. We’ve worked for clients in government, mining and regulatory heavy industries.
Our managed websites are backed up daily, giving us a recent restore point if something goes wrong with the website.
Backups are typically retained for approximately 90 days, depending on the hosting environment. This can be particularly important if a website update causes an unexpected issue, content is accidentally removed or a website is compromised.
We also backup all sites to an independent third party vendor for an added layer of security.
If a restore is required, our team can investigate the problem and determine the most appropriate backup to recover. Because we manage the hosting environment, you don’t need to work out how to restore the website yourself.
We carry out regular maintenance across the WordPress websites we manage to help keep the platform current, compatible and secure.
This includes updating WordPress core files, approved plugins and themes to their latest appropriate versions. Once the updates have been completed, our team performs visual checks across the website and clears relevant caches to make sure everything continues to display correctly.
Keeping WordPress and its plugins current is particularly important for security and compatibility. It also means websites aren’t left for years accumulating outdated software that becomes increasingly difficult to safely update.
Yes. You don’t need to have a website built by Clickk to use our hosting, maintenance and support services. We can take over eligible existing WordPress websites and migrate them into an appropriate hosting environment.
Before taking responsibility for an existing website, one of our developers will complete a health check. We’ll review areas such as the WordPress installation, theme, plugins, PHP version, security and general quality of the build to understand what we’re taking on.
If we identify problems, we’ll explain what needs attention and provide a quote to resolve them. If the website is beyond economical repair, we’ll be upfront and recommend a rebuild instead.
Quite a lot. Our support team can help with content changes, new pages, imagery, team updates, forms, troubleshooting, plugins, website errors, analytics, tracking, domains, DNS and new functionality.
We can also provide website consulting and training when your team needs some additional guidance.
Support requests are submitted through our dedicated help desk and assigned to the appropriate member of our team. This means you’re not searching for a freelancer every time something needs changing or trying to work out whether an issue sits with WordPress, your hosting provider or something else.
Our website support is billed in 15 minute increments at $175 + GST per hour, so for smaller requests you only pay for the time required to complete the work.
Standard support requests are typically completed within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and our current support queue.
When something needs attention urgently, priority support is available during standard business hours subject to team availability. Priority requests are billed at $200 + GST per hour with a target turnaround of approximately 4 hours.
Our first priority is to get the website back online safely and secure the vulnerability. Our team will investigate what has happened, work with the hosting environment and restore an appropriate clean backup where required.
We’ll then investigate the likely source of the compromise and patch the vulnerability where possible to reduce the risk of the same issue happening again. You’ll also be kept informed about what’s happened and the steps we’re taking.
For clients with higher security requirements, we can discuss additional security options including Wordfence, malware monitoring and other measures as part of your hosting setup.
Yes. Performance requirements are something we can discuss when determining the right hosting environment for your website. As part of our website development process, we already optimise imagery and convert suitable images to modern WebP formats to help reduce page weight.
For websites where speed and performance are particularly important, we can implement additional measures including caching, CDN configuration and other performance optimisation.
The right approach depends on the website itself. A small corporate website, high-traffic platform and large eCommerce store all have different requirements, so we’ll recommend a solution based on what your website actually needs.
Yes. We provide white label hosting, maintenance and website support for agency partners that want to offer ongoing website services to their clients without managing the technical infrastructure themselves.
We can host and maintain the websites we’ve developed for your agency while you continue to own the client relationship. We can also provide reporting to help you keep clients informed about the maintenance being carried out.
This gives branding, communications, marketing and design agencies an ongoing technical partner without needing to employ an internal WordPress development and support team.
Elevate your business online with a stunning website design. Full service design, development & ongoing support.
