Sharp Office was experiencing several challenges with their custom-built website, predominantly in terms of content management. The marketing team was struggling to perform essential updates and edits, resulting in increased costs as they had to rely on external website providers minor changes.
This difficulty was causing bottlenecks in marketing activities and hindering the organic reach of the website. As a result, the company’s online presence has suffered, contributing to a noticeable drop in inquiries.
Our approach to the website redesign project started with Project Preparation, where our team conducts a thorough review of the current website, brand assets, and competitor research to ensure comprehensive understanding before the Discovery Workshops.
The discovery workshop focuses on identifying business goals, discussing UX/UI ideas, creating a design brief, identifying content management needs, and confirming timelines. Once this was completed we moved onto the UX & UI Design phase. Our team designed key page layouts using visual page builders; we presented these initial designs to the Sharp team for feedback to ensure the stylistic direction of the website was in the right direction.
Once the design was refined, we built out the full site based on the agreed sitemap. The WordPress CMS was customised to based on the clients needs and all SEO meta titles and descriptions were transferred to the new site map.
User Testing, Final Revisions and Client Training was performed to ensure the site was stable. After client approval, the website is launched, followed by post-launch monitoring and staff training.
The final result was a visual appealing website that aligns perfectly with the Sharp Office brand. The Custom CMS has made it easier for the marketing team to manage content and make necessary changes to perform marketing activities.
