Testimonials

Hear why clients value our expertise, partnerships and results.

The best in the business!! Chris and the team at Clickk helped boost our customer experience by building a state of the art online Fruit & Veg wholesale and home delivery website. Our customers are very happy with the new website and we were able to integrate all our customers into the one site. We contacted Chris in 2020 to help our old website handle the large volume of traffic through it and Chris managed to help our old site and eventually we were able to move to a larger and more advanced website through Clickk. If you want the best then call Chris and the team at Clickk.
This is the dream team! Chris and his team were professional, patient, very thorough and a lot of fun to work with. They took the time to get to know our business and listened to what we wanted and then delivered it. If you’re looking to build or upgrade your website, you need to talk to these guys. Special thanks to Tim and Jemma.
We recently had our website redesigned, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Clickk truly understood our vision and delivered a sleek, modern design that perfectly showcases our services and projects. The process was smooth from start to finish, with excellent communication and attention to detail from Chris and the team at Clickk.
The team at Clickk redesigned my website. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. They were a dream to deal with & so generous with their time in helping me to understand how it all works. I would highly recommend Clickk to any individual or business looking for website development.
Chris, Dan and the whole team at Clickk are a breath of fresh and air in the tech world! Building a website with them was so fun and they delivered an amazing product!! The ongoing support is fast and nothing is ever too hard!! Love them!
Chris, Jemma and the team have been amazing from start to finish. From the moment we engaged, we knew we’d got the right crew for the job. They built us an amazing, customised website which fully aligned to our company’s vision, values and direction. Jemma was incredibly detail oriented, patient and worked with myself and the team to create a fantastic site. No request was too difficult, rushed or too much of an ask for the team at Clickk. Thankyou everyone – Matt, Jess and everyone at IOU Property.

Answering your frequently asked questions.

Website pricing can range considerably depending on what is being created.

At Clickk, a single-page website starts from approximately $2,750 + GST, while microsites start from approximately $4,500 + GST.

A more comprehensive business website of around 10 pages will generally start from approximately $8,000 + GST.

Custom website projects begin at around $13,000 + GST, with larger corporate and enterprise websites generally starting around $25,000 + GST.

Factors such as custom functionality, integrations, eCommerce, the amount of content and complexity of the user experience can all affect the final cost.

We establish the scope first and then prepare a proposal based on what is actually required.

Most standard business websites take approximately four to six weeks from commencement to launch. A simpler one-page site can take around three weeks and a smaller microsite approximately four weeks. Custom website projects generally take between six and eight weeks. For more substantial corporate or integration-heavy projects, the timeline may extend over several months.

Content preparation, stakeholder availability and feedback times also influence the schedule. We define the project milestones before commencement and work through structured design, development and review stages so everyone can see how the website is progressing.

The location of a web design team matters less than the quality of the process, communication and people actually doing the work. Clickk is an Australian team with strategy, design and development handled in-house.

That means clients work with the people responsible for creating the website rather than having the project sold locally and then outsourced elsewhere. Meetings, design presentations and project reviews can be handled online, allowing us to work effectively with Brisbane businesses throughout the entire project.

The same team can also remain involved after launch for hosting, maintenance and further development.

The scope is tailored to the project, but a typical website can include discovery, planning, sitemap creation, UX, custom interface design, responsive mobile design, WordPress development, content implementation, forms, analytics, search fundamentals, testing and launch.

Additional functionality such as eCommerce, memberships, directories, resources, booking integrations or third-party systems can also be incorporated.

Our role is not simply to design individual pages. We consider how the pages work together and how someone moves through the website from their first interaction through to completing an enquiry or other important action.

Most of our websites use WordPress as the CMS. It provides the flexibility to create highly customised websites while still giving clients an accessible way to manage content.

We commonly use Elementor within WordPress to make everyday editing more visual and practical. For eCommerce websites, WooCommerce or Shopify may be recommended depending on the requirements.

If the website requires specialist integrations or functionality, we assess those requirements during scoping so the platform is appropriate for both the initial build and the way the website will be managed long term.

Yes. A redesign can be appropriate when an existing site has become outdated, difficult to use, difficult to manage or no longer aligns with the business.

We can retain the useful parts of the current site while reconsidering areas such as navigation, content structure, messaging, calls to action, responsive design and overall visual direction.

Existing search visibility is also considered. We prefer to retain established URLs where appropriate and implement redirects when URLs need to change, helping create a more considered migration from the old website to the new one.

Yes. Clickk provides managed website hosting, maintenance and development support. Hosting includes important infrastructure such as SSL and backups, while maintenance packages can cover WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring and ongoing technical assistance.

We can also continue supporting the website as the business grows. That might mean adding landing pages for campaigns, introducing new functionality, improving existing areas or integrating additional systems.

Clients therefore have access to the same team after launch rather than needing to find a new developer every time the website needs to change.

Yes. We design and develop eCommerce websites using WooCommerce and Shopify. During planning, we consider product structure, categories, variations, payments, shipping, mobile usability and any integrations that need to form part of the store.

For an established eCommerce business, this can also involve reviewing the existing buying journey and identifying areas where users are encountering unnecessary friction.

The goal is to create an online store that is easy for customers to use and practical for your internal team to manage.
